Cookie Policy – PrenoPR
Effective Date: May 31, 2026
Last Updated: May 31, 2026
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send to their terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone), where they are stored to be then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit. They are used to make the site work correctly, improve the browsing experience, collect anonymous statistical information and, subject to consent, for marketing or profiling purposes.
For more general information on cookies, you can consult the website of the Privacy Guarantor: [www.garanteprivacy.it/cookie](https://www.garanteprivacy.it/cookie)
2. Types of cookies used by PrenoPR
2.1 Technical cookies (mandatory)
They are necessary for the operation of the site and to provide the services requested by the user (e.g. authentication, session management, storage of cookie consent). They do not require prior consent.
Examples:
- session_id: keeps the browsing session active (expires when the browser is closed)
- csrf_token: protects against request forgery attacks (expires when the browser is closed)
- cookie_consent: remembers the user's choice on cookies (duration 12 months)
2.2 Analytical cookies (with anonymization)
We use statistical services (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect aggregate information on the use of the site: number of visitors, most viewed pages, time spent. These cookies do not identify the individual user because the IP address is anonymized.
They require user consent. If not provided, they will not be activated.
2.3 Third-party cookies (only if present)
The site could include embeds of external services (e.g. YouTube videos, Google maps, social buttons). These services can install their own cookies. PrenoPR has no control over these cookies. For more information, consult the policies of the individual services.
Third-party examples (hypothetical – only if actually integrated):
- YouTube (Google)
- Vimeo
- Google Maps
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (sharing buttons)
2.4 Profiling cookies (not currently used)
PrenoPR does not use profiling cookies to send targeted advertising based on browsing behavior. Should we decide to do so in the future, explicit and separate consent will be requested.
3. List of cookies currently active on the site

4. Consent management – Banner and withdrawal
On the first visit to the site, a banner is shown that:
- briefly informs about the use of cookies;
- offers distinct buttons at the same level for Accept all, Reject non-technical and Customize;
- no box is pre-checked.
By clicking on Customize, the user can select individual categories of cookies (e.g. analytical, third-party) and give granular consent.
The consent is stored for 12 months. After this period, the banner will be proposed again.
You can withdraw consent at any time:
- by clicking on the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site;
- by deleting cookies from your browser (settings vary depending on the browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
The withdrawal does not have retroactive effect on the processing already carried out.
5. Third-party cookies – referral to relative policies
For cookies installed by third-party services (e.g. YouTube, Google Maps, social networks), PrenoPR does not control the purposes or the duration. We invite you to consult the information of each service:
6. How to disable cookies from the browser
You can change your browser settings to accept, reject or delete cookies. Below are the links to the instructions of the most common browsers:
Disabling technical cookies may compromise the correct functioning of the site.
7. Changes to the Cookie Policy
PrenoPR may periodically update this Cookie Policy. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. In case of substantial changes, the consent banner will be shown again.
