that I have understood that the coupons received under the PrenoPR Referral Program constitute a non-monetizable accessory benefit, pursuant to art. 51 TUIR and general principles regarding loyalty programs, and do not represent compensation for self-employment or subordinate work;
that I am aware that the coupons: - are valid exclusively for consumption at partner venues; - are not convertible into cash; - have a limited duration (12 months) and, upon expiration, are automatically transferred to the Gamification Fund without any right of recourse;
to release PrenoPR from any fiscal, social security, civil, and criminal liability related to the use of coupons, including any reporting obligations that may derive from my personal situation;
to act in full autonomy, without time constraints, subordination, or obligation of result, and not to have any employment relationship or continuous collaboration with PrenoPR or with the partner venues.
